In terms of the provisions of sub-regulation (1) of Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and trading restrictions placed by the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Reporting of Trading by Insiders ("The Code"), we wish to inform that window for trading in securities of the Company will remain closed from July 01, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2022 and the trading window shall re-open thereafter.
