Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that the Mr. Kotti Narendra has stepped down from the position of the Directorship (both as Director and Managing Director) of the Company with effect from today, i.e., 19.05.2022. The Board of Directors of the Company appreciates valuable contribution and support during his term as the Managing Director of the Company.
