| With reference to the captioned subject, we hereby inform that the Search Operation was carried out by Income Tax Department at various locations of the Company during the period from 20th July, 2022 to 25th July, 2022. Further, we inform that during the search operations as a responsible Company all concerned employees/ staff of the Company extended their full co-operation to the Income Tax Officials and provided all explanations, information, and clarifications to the best of our knowledge. We Shanti Educational Initiatives Limited as a responsible listed entity, shall keep the public, investors and the authorities updated in the matter, if required, as per the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
