In accordance with Regulation 30 of The SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 (&apos;Listing Regulations&apos;), the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on February 10, 2021 has appointed Ms. Jyoti Nankani (DIN 07145004) as Chairman and Managing Director w.e.f. from February 10, 2021 and Mr. Ravi Dalmia (DIN: 00634870) has tendered his resignation from the office as Chairman and Managing Director w.e.f.
