With reference to the above, we wish to inform your good office, that, the extra ordinary general meeting of members of the company was schuduled on 30th March, 2020. However, due to the nationwide lockdown imposed by the Government on account of the global pandemic COVID-19, the company has decided to postpone the said Extra Ordinary General Meeting. <BR> <BR> The Company will intimate time, date and venue of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting to all stakeholders, after situation will become normal. <BR> <BR> Please take the same on your record and oblige.<BR>
