Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (PIT) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, read with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider trading, the trading window for the purpose of dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st January, 2023 till 48 hours after the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2022 are approved by the Board of Directors and filed with Stock Exchanges. The date of meeting of the Board to approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2022 will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all connected designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
