| Sharda Motor Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In pursuant to the provision of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions, if any, we would like to inform you that Meeting of the Board of Director of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 10th February, 2021, inter-alia: to consider, review and recommend / approve the following:<BR> 1. Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter 31st December, 2020.<BR> <BR> 2. Sub-division/split of Company''s equity share having face value of INR 10/- each, subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company.<BR> <BR> 3. Adoption of new set of Articles of Association of the Company, subject to the approval of Shareholders of the Company.<BR> <BR> 4.
