| This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company vide. resolution passed through circulation on January 16, 2021 has considered and approved the following proposals:-<BR> <BR> 1. Re-appointment of Shri Satinder Kumar Lambah (DIN: 07425155) as Non-Executive Independent Director of the company for a second term of five consecutive years from the 5rd February, 2021 till 4th February, 2026 on the Board of the Company, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.<BR> <BR> 2. Continuation / Re-appointment of Shri Satinder Kumar Lambah (DIN: 07425155) as Non-Executive-Independent Director on the Board of the Company being aged about 79 years, for second term of five consecutive years on the Board of the Company w.e.f 5th February, 2021 to 4th February, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 17(1A) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company. | |
