Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's 'Code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders and Code of fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information' the trading window for the Designated Persons shall remain closed from Friday, July 1, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results post the conclusion of the Board meeting to be held inter alia to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results (with limited review report) of the Company for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2022 (Financial Results).
