Kindly note that In terms of Company's Code to Regulate, Monitor & Report Insider Trading & SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015,it is hereby notified that 'Trading Window' for Trading in Company's Securities (Equity Shares) will remain closed for designated person and specified connected person of the Company w.e.f from , 1st October 2021.<BR> The trading window will be open after 48 hours of the conclusion of the Board Meeting in which the un audited financial results for quarter and half year ended 30th September 2021 will be approved. The date of Board meeting date will be informed separately.<BR>
