Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 read with Regulation 33 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Friday, May 30, 2025, inter alia, considered and approved Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the half year and year ended March 31, 2025 ('Financial Results'). In accordance with the requirements of Regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, a copy of the aforementioned Financial Results, the Reports of Statutory Auditors, and declaration of unmodified opinion are enclosed herewith.
