Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, we would like to inform you that in view of lockdown in many of the States across the Country due to the pandemic of Novel Coronavirus (COVID19) the Company has decided to close down the operations at all its offices and manufacturing locations in India from March 23, 2020 to March 25, 2020.
