Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, we would like to inform you that in view of the direction of the Government of India for the lockdown across the Country due to the pandemic of Novel Coronavirus (COVID19) the Company has closed down the operations at all its offices and manufacturing locations in India from 23rd March 2020 till the further notification of the Government of India in this regard.
