This is in continuation to our letter regarding Outcome of Board meeting dated October 19, 2022 considering the Approval of resignation of Mr. Dipesh U Gosar, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. October 31, 2022 (close of business hours). Further, the Company has initiated steps for appointment of Company Secretary. In the interim period Mr. Hiren Gada, Chief Executive Officer will be acting as the Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. November 01, 2022.
