In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Company''''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, please take note that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons along with their immediate relatives and connected persons (as defined in the Code) with effect from Friday, 1st October, 2021 for the purpose of consideration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Second Quarter ended 30th September, 2021. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Second Quarter 30th September, 2021.
