Shine Fashions (India) Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, May 30, 2022, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the half-year and year ended March 31, 2022, along with Auditor's Report. We further inform you that, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is already being closed and the intimation of the same is given to BSE by the Company and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the half-year and year ended March 31, 2022, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (including amendments thereto).
