| The Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today on 03.02.2023 have considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for quarter and nine months ended on 31.12.2022. The copy of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for quarter and nine months ended on 31.12.2022 along with copy of Limited Review Report signed by Statutory Auditors of the Company is enclosed herewith. Further, the Board of Directors of the Company unanimously approved an addendum to the Affidavit dated 17th January 2023 which was submitted to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The Disclosure required under Regulation 32 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 is also enclosed herewith and will also be made under separate tab provided by Stock Exchanges. The Meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 1400 hours and concluded at 1905 hours. | |
