This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company, in their Meeting held today i.e. on January 8, 2021 at the Registered Office of the Company which was commenced at 11:30 A.M. and concluded at 12:20 P.M. has appointed Mr. Nareshkumar Parshottambhai Lakhani as an Additional (Non-Executive Independent) Director of the Company w.e.f. January 8, 2021 or the date of Receipt of Valid Director Identification Number, whichever is later;<BR> In this regard, the brief profile and other relevant information of Mr. Nareshkumar Parshottambhai Lakhani as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is attached herewith (Refer Annexure A).
