This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company, in their Meeting held today i.e. on February 18, 2021 at the Registered Office of the Company which was commenced at 05:00 P.M. and concluded at 05:55 P.M. has;<BR> 1. considered and approved the proposal for the listing of Equity Shares of the Company on the Main Board of National Stock Exchange of India Limited subject to fulfilling the criteria prescribed by the National Stock Exchange of India Limited for listing of Equity Shares of Companies Listed on SME Platform of other Nationwide Stock Exchange and desirous of listing on the mainboard of National Stock Exchange of India Limited.<BR> 2. appointed Mr. Anand Lavingia, Practicing Company Secretary as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for obtaining the Secretarial Audit Report for the financial year 2020-21<BR> 3. appointed Mr. Girish Timbadiya as Internal Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2020-21
