| Further to our earlier intimation to Stock Exchanges dated November 25, 2022, regarding request received from Mrs. Manjit Kaur and Mr. Jaspal Singh Dhillion (Outgoing Promoters) forming part of Promoter Group for reclassification of their shareholding to 'Public' Category and our intimation dated December 05, 2022, regarding Board approval for such reclassification and our intimation dated December 08, 2022 regarding submission of reclassification application with Stock Exchanges for its approval, we would like to inform you that the Company has received the consent letter/request letter from Mr. Jaspal Singh Dhillion for withdrawn the application for reclassification of their shareholding from promoter to 'Public' Category.
