With reference to the eariler letter dated September 30, 2021 intimating about Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on October 27, 2021, inter-alia, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone & consolidated financial results for the quarter & half year ended September 30, 2021.<BR><BR>Shree Digvijay Cement Company Ltd has now informed BSE that in the said meeting Board will also consider declaration of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22.
