Shree Ganesh Remedies Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 31/07/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to the captioned subject, please take note that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at the registered office of the Company situated at Ankleshwar is now rescheduled to Friday, July 31, 2020 to consider, amongst other business, the followings ;<BR> i. Approval of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the half year and Financial Year ended on 31st March, 20 20.<BR> ii. Recommendation of Final Dividend on the Equity Shares, if any.<BR> <BR> Further in accordance with our intimation dated March 3 0, 2020 regarding Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the "Trading Window" for trading / dealing in the securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the half year and year ended on March 31 , 2020.
