| SHREE GLOBAL TRADEFIN LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/02/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We would like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 06th February, 2023, interalia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2022. Further to our Notice dated 30th December, 2022 relating to intimation of Closure of Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of Shree Global Tradefin Limited shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives until 8th February, 2023 i.e. 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2022. Accordingly, all Directors/Connected Persons/Designated Persons of the Company have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. | |
