Recommendation of dividend, if any.<BR><BR>In continuation of Company''s letter dated March 30, 2022 and Pursuant to Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company''s securities shall be re-opened after 48 hours after the declaration of financial results, i.e. on June 01, 2022.
