Further to our letter dated October 29, 2020, informing about receipt of requests from Shri Anup Kishorilal Ramuka, Smt. Geeta Kishorilal Ramuka, Smt. Radhika Anup Ramuka, Shri Amit Kishorilal Ramuka, Smt. Shalini Amit Ramuka, Shri Kailash Chandra Ramuka, Shri Ramchandra Suwalal Ramuka, Smt. Pushpa K. Ramuka and Smt.Meera Ramchandra Ramuka, Promoters for reclassification from ''Promoters and Promoter Group'' category to ''Public Category Shareholders'', we wish to to now inform you that subsequent to the approval of the shareholders of the Company accorded for the aforesaid reclassification at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on March 19, 2021, the Company has made an application in accordance with Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 to BSE Limited on April 15, 2021, where the equity shares of the Company are listed.
