In continuation to our letter dated 19th September, 2020, we would like to inform that the Electronic Connectivity of Depositories viz., National Securities Depository Ltd., (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Ltd, (CDSL) has been shifted from the existing Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, (RTA) viz., MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited to new RTA viz., Accurate Securities & Registry P. Ltd.
