In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and based on the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e., August 28, 2021 has re-appointed Mr. Pratik R. Kabra (DIN: 00006358) as Managing Director of the Company for a period of three (3) years with effect from 28/05/2021 subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
