Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held today i.e. on Tuesday, 10th May, 2022, inter alia: 2. Recommended a final dividend at the rate of 10% (i.e. Re. 1/- per Equity Share of Rs.10/- each) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022, which is in addition to the Interim Dividend of Re. 1/- per Equity Share paid in July 2021
