| This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, i.e Wednesday, 01st February, 2023 has, on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee re-appointed Shri Anand Goel as the Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 5 (five) year effective from 01st February,2023. The re-appointment of Shri Anand Goel is subject to the approval of Members in ensuing General Meeting. The details as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is given hereunder:- 1.
