We hereby inform you that the company has received the Deed of Partition, effective 31st January 2025, from Jainarayan Hariram Goel and Sons HUF, member of promoter group of the company. Due to complete partition, the entire shareholding will be transferred to the Karta of HUF Mr. Suresh Goel, who is also the promoter of the company.
This partition will constitute an inter-se share transfer among promoter and promoter group, thus qualifying for exemption under Regulation 10(1)(a)(ii) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011.
