Further to our intimation dated December 26, 2022 in respect of approval of shareholders of the Company for issue of NCDs, we hereby inform you that the Issue and Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e., March 22, 2023 approved and allotted 2300 rated, listed, senior, secured, redeemable 9% Non-Convertible Debentures each having face value of Rs. 1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh Only) aggregating upto Rs. 23,00,00,000 (Rupees Twenty Three Crores Only) to the allottees on private placement basis. The Meeting of the Issue and Allotment Committee commenced at 18.00 P.M. and concluded at 18.45 P.M.
