Dear Sir, Pursuant to Regulation 30 (a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that Ms. Sapna Vaishnav has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. close of working hours on June 30 2022. The resignation has been accepted and he is relieved from his services from the closing hours of June 30 2022. We shall inform the stock exchange once the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer is appointed in the meeting of Directors of the Company. Please take note of the above fact and acknowledge receipt of the same.
