We wish to inform that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 1, 2022 till 48 hours after dissemination of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and Six months ending September 30, 2022 in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and Code for Fair Disclosure and Conduct ('Code') of the Company. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and Six months ending September 30, 2022 shall be intimated in due course.
