Sub : Intimation of Closure of Trading Window This is to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by the Designated Persons shall remain closed from Friday, 31st December 2021, till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2021, in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons Accordingly, all directors/connected persons/Designated Persons of the Company have been informed not to trade/ deal in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
