The sentence is reproduced below:<BR> <BR> 'This is to inform you that in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and in accordance with the Company's Prohibition of Insider Trading Code, the Trading Window shall remain closed for trading in Securities of the Company by its Designated Persons and their Immediate Relative(s) from 1st April, 2020 till 48 (forty-eight) hours after dissemination of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ending 31st March, 2020.' <BR>
