Pursuant to our letter dated 12th November, 2020 informing the Postal Ballot to be conducted by the Company, please note the members of the Company through Postal Ballot with E-voting facility have approved the proposal for Migration of present listing of shares of the Company from SME Platform of BSE Limited to the Main Board of BSE Limited. The Company has already intimated the results of Postal Ballot to BSE Limited under Regulation 44 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.<BR> <BR> This is under Regulation 30 and other applicable Regulations, if any of the SEBI-LODR.
