| Shubham Polyspin Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to the above, we have to inform you that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 30th May, 2022 at the Registered Office of the Company for taking on record Audited Financial Results for the Quarter/ Year ended on 31st March, 2022. For the aforesaid purpose and in continuation of our letter dated 1st April, 2022, it is confirmed that the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of Shubham Polyspin Limited shall continue to remain closed from 1st April, 2022 to 1st June, 2022 (Both days inclusive). This is as per Regulation 29 and other relevant Regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. | |
