We hereby inform you that, in accordance with (i) the Letter of Offer dated February 01, 2023, and (ii) the Basis of Allotment finalised in consultation with the Registrar to the Rights issue and BSE Limited, the board of directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, i.e., March 09, 2023, approved the allotment of 93,94,050 Partly Paid-up Rights Equity Shares having face value of Rs. 10/- each at price of Rs. 20 per Rights Equity Share (including premium of Rs. 10 per Rights Equity Share) to the eligible shareholders/applicants.
