(i) In terms of recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e., 08.02.2021 has appointed Mr. Nirmalya Bhattacharyya (DIN :09037566) as an Additional Director in the Independent Category of the Company for a period of 5 (Five) years subject to the approval of the shareholders at next Annual General Meeting.<BR> (ii) In terms of recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e., 08.02.2021 has appointed Mr. Rajesh Kumar Agarwal (DIN : 00223718) as an Additional Director in the Non-Executive Category of the Company with immediate effect subject to the approval of the shareholders at next Annual General Meeting.
