| SHYAMKAMAL INVESTMENTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2021.<BR> appointment of Mr. Shani Bhati as additional director of the company.<BR> Any other matter with permission of chair.<BR> Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 read with Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 issued by BSE, the Trading Window has been closed with effect from Friday, 1st October, 2021 and shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results on 12th November, 2021. During the aforesaid period when the Trading Window is closed, designated persons including Promoters, Directors, connected persons, the insiders and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company''s shares / securities.
