| Sikozy Realtors Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure) Regulation, 2015 a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday 27th May 2022 at the Registered office of the Company, inter alia to transact the business and to Approve Audited Financial Statements for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March 2022. In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2016 'The Trading Window' for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company, will remain closed for the designated employees of the Company from 13th May,2022 till 48hrs from the conclusion of meeting. 2.
