| SILICON VALLEY INFOTECH LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We hereby inform that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, the 27th day of May, 2022 at 04:00 P.M. at its Registered Office 10, Princep Street, 2nd Floor, Kolkata - 700 072 inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company had been closed for all directors and designated employees with effect from 1st April, 2022 and will remain closed till 48 hours after the conclusion of Board Meeting.
