Silver Touch Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2022 through video conferencing inter-alia :<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with Statutory Auditors report thereon for the Half Year and Year ended on March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>2. To consider a proposal relating to declaration of Interim Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2022-2023.<BR><BR>3. To consider a proposal relating to declaration of Final Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2021-22.<BR><BR>4. To transact various other Businesses, if any, as per the Agenda items of the Meeting.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed for all specified persons of the Company w.e.f April 01, 2022 and shall be open after 48 hours from the declaration of the Results.
