Further to our Notice dated December 30, 2022, the trading window for the Company''s share will remain closed till 48 hours from declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022, i.e., two trading days after the Board Meeting upto Tuesday, February 14, 2023 (inclusive).
