Simbhaoli Sugars Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve A meeting of the Interim Resolution Professional (representing Board) with Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, February 13, 2025, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2024. Further to our Notice dated December 27, 2024, the trading window for the Company''s share will remain closed till 48 hours from declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024, i.e., two trading days after the Board Meeting upto Monday, February 17, 2025 (inclusive).
