Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read with BSE Circular Ref No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019 we wish to inform you that in terms of the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in Company's Securities by Insiders framed under SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) w.e.f April 1, 2021 for the purpose of consideration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter & Year Ended March 31, 2021. <BR> <BR> The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter & Year Ended March 31, 2021, become generally available.<BR>
