This is further to our letter dated 12th April, 2022 intimating you about the execution of the Investment Agreement between the Promoters of the Company, Swan Constructions Private Limited ('the Parties') and the Company. We hereby inform you that the long stop date of the Investment Agreement has been mutually extended by the Parties to 10th January 2023. This may please be treated as a disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations.
