| SINGER INDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015,we wish to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Sunday, November 08, 2020, through Video Conferencing, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:<BR> <BR> 1. the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020.<BR> <BR> 2. The proposal relating to declaration of Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2020-21 and will determine the Record Date for the purpose of the Interim Dividend, if approved.<BR> <BR> The trading window shall re-open 48 hours after the financial results are made public.
