Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we hereby wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today 08th November, 2020, inter-alia: <BR> 1. approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020. These Financial Results were subjected to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. Copy of the Un-Audited Financial Results pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon is enclosed herewith. <BR> A copy of the Press Release issued in this regard is also attached herewith. <BR>
