Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable Regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), this is to inform you that it has come to the knowledge of the Company that a petition filed under title Indusind Bank Ltd. Vs Siti Networks Limited before the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai was listed for hearing on June 10, 2022. However, the Company is yet to receive copy of said application / petition filed. The Company shall update the matter as per SEBI Listing Regulations, once copy of application/petition is received.
